A thin twin-wall polymer sheet with a high proportion of natural mineral content. It forms the base material for CSBX packaging: die-cut, folded, printed and converted into boxes.
Why sheet, not board
Conventional paper-based corrugated board weakens in moisture, humid storage and repeated handling. SPC hollow sheet is developed as a durable, moisture-resistant alternative for demanding packaging environments.
Moisture resistance
The sheet does not soften like paper-based board when exposed to humidity or water.
Lightweight structure
Two thin skins joined by internal ribs keep the sheet light while retaining structural stiffness.
Thin twin-wall profile
Current material baseline: thin skin layers with a hollow corrugated internal structure and a total board thickness of roughly 4–5 mm.
Convertible
Die-cuttable, foldable and printable — suitable for box conversion, dividers and protective structures.

Mineral-rich composite
SPC combines a high proportion of mineral-based calcium carbonate with selected polymer carriers and functional additives to create a lightweight, durable and processable composite material.

- Is this the same SPC as Stone Plastic Composite flooring?
- No. CSBX uses SPC for Stone Polymer Composite — a thin twin-wall hollow sheet for packaging. It is not flooring, and not a solid or decorative board.
- What is the sheet thickness?
- Current material baseline is a thin twin-wall structure of roughly 4–5 mm total thickness, developed for packaging conversion rather than thick structural panels.
