Agricultural Chemical Boxes
Structured packaging for agricultural chemical products
Packaging development for agricultural chemical containers and related transport applications: bottle organisation, internal dividers, pads and stacking on a moisture-oriented composite board.

The packaging challenge
Containers of chemicals travel through humid storage, repeated handling and stacked transport. The box has to keep containers organised, upright and separated.
Container organisation
Bottles and containers of different sizes need to stay in position through transport.
Moisture exposure
Storage and transport environments are often humid; paper-based packaging softens.
Stacking
Boxes are stacked on pallets and in storage; the structure has to carry the load above it.
Handling
Hand holes and box proportions matter for repeated manual handling.
Typical components
Each element is developed around the container set and the transport route.
- 01
Box body
Die-cut, folded and welded or assembled from SPC hollow board.
- 02
Partitions
Internal dividers sized to the containers, keeping them separated and upright.
- 03
Top pad
Protects closures and keeps containers from lifting under load.
- 04
Bottom pad
Supports the base and spreads the load across the floor of the box.
- 05
Hand holes
Positioned for manual handling of the loaded box.
- 06
Printing
Basic colour printing for product identification.
What we need to develop your box
The more precise the inputs, the closer the first sample.
- Container sizes and count per box
- Container type and closure
- Total load per box
- Stacking layers and pallet pattern
- Storage and transport environment
- Printing requirement
- Existing box or drawing, if available
Why a composite board here
SPC hollow board is a mineral-filled polymer composite sheet. It is developed for moisture exposure and repeated handling — conditions in which paper-based packaging is often the weak point. Structure, not marketing, decides the result: partitions, pads and board construction are engineered per project.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this certified dangerous-goods packaging?
- No certification is claimed on this website. This page describes packaging development for agricultural chemical containers. Any regulatory requirement for your product is discussed per project.
- Can I submit my existing carton design?
- Yes. An existing carton, dieline or dimensions is the best starting point for an engineering review.
