Produce Boxes
Ventilated packaging for fruit and vegetables
Boxes and trays for farm-to-market logistics and produce export, developed around humid handling, ventilation, drainage and stacking.

The packaging challenge
Produce is packed wet, cooled, stacked high and handled many times between field and shelf.
Moisture
Wet produce, wash water and condensation soften paper-based boxes.
Ventilation
Airflow through the box matters for cooling and for the produce itself.
Stacking
Boxes are stacked on pallets in cold rooms and in transit.
Repeated handling
The same box may be loaded, moved and unloaded many times.
Structure options
Developed from the same thin twin-wall board; the options below are combined per project.
- 01

- 02

Why a composite board here
SPC hollow board is developed for exactly the environment produce packaging lives in: wet, cold and handled repeatedly. Ventilation, drainage and stacking are structural decisions made per project. We do not make shelf-life or freshness claims; performance is evaluated on samples in your conditions.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the box keep produce fresh longer?
- We make no freshness or shelf-life claims. Ventilation and drainage can be developed into the structure; the effect is evaluated on samples in your own supply chain.
- Can the box be used more than once?
- Structures may be developed for repeated handling. Reuse performance is validated per application, not promised in advance.
