Industrial Transit Packaging
Reusable packaging for parts and circulation
SPC boxes developed for industrial parts, components and logistics loops where packaging is handled repeatedly, stored in varied conditions and used more than once.

The packaging challenge
Parts and components move in circulation loops: out to a site, back for return or replenishment. Packaging is handled repeatedly and stored in environments where paper-based boxes degrade.
Repeated handling
Designed to be carried, stacked and opened more than once.
Moisture and environment
Holds structure in humid or non-climate-controlled storage.
Internal organisation
Dividers, trays and compartments developed around the part set.
Circulation
Built for return loops and reuse where the route is known.
Typical components
Structures are developed around the part set and the handling route.
- 01
Box body
Die-cut, folded and welded or assembled from SPC hollow board.
- 02
Dividers & compartments
Internal organisation sized to the parts.
- 03
Stacking feet
Developed for stable stacked handling where required.
- 04
Hand holes
Positioned for repeated manual handling.
- 05
Printing
Identification and labelling on the board surface.
What we need to develop your transit box
Transit boxes are developed around the parts and the loop.
- Part list with dimensions and weights
- Box fill: parts per box and internal layout
- Handling route: plant, site, return or circulation
- Stacking and transport conditions
Mineral-rich composite
A durable, moisture-resistant composite board, designed for packaging that is handled repeatedly rather than used once and discarded.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this a replacement for plastic crates?
- For some applications it is a lighter, more flexible alternative: printing, custom dividers and lower tooling dependence. For others, a rigid injected crate may remain the better fit. We evaluate per application.
Describe the loop
Send the part list and the route. We will advise on structure and reuse.
