Custom SPC Packaging
Have an Existing Box? Let Us Evaluate a Composite Alternative.
Custom box and board structures developed around your dimensions, load and handling. Start from what you already use — a carton, a plastic box, a dieline or a specification sheet.

When custom makes sense
Standard formats rarely match a real product, pallet and route at the same time.
Non-standard dimensions
The product or the pallet pattern does not fit a stock box.
Mixed requirements
Ventilation plus stacking plus wet handling in one structure.
Internal structure
Partitions, pads or inserts that stock boxes do not provide.
Repeat handling
Applications where the box is used more than once.
What can be developed
- 01
Box geometry
Trays, lidded boxes, sleeves and folded structures from thin twin-wall board.
- 02
Internal parts
Partitions, dividers, top and bottom pads.
- 03
Features
Hand holes, ventilation slots, drainage, stacking details.
- 04
Board build
Board thickness and rib structure selected per application.
- 05
Joining
Welding or assembly concepts matched to the structure.
- 06
Printing
Basic colour printing on the board surface.
From requirement to trial order
Engineering review and sample development are being developed as the first steps of every custom project; production follows trial orders.
What to provide
- Existing carton
- Current plastic box
- Dieline
- Dimensions
- Photos
- Specification sheet
- Requirement
- Engineering review
- Structural concept
- Sample development
- Validation
- Trial order
Start from what you have
Any of these is enough to open an engineering review.
- Existing carton or plastic box
- Dieline or drawing
- Inner or outer dimensions
- Photos of the current packaging
- Specification sheet
- Load, stacking and environment notes
Why a composite board here
Because the same thin twin-wall SPC sheet can be die-cut and converted into very different structures, custom development is mostly engineering, not tooling. Structure and material are evaluated together on samples.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I submit an existing carton design?
- Yes. An existing carton, dieline or set of dimensions is the most useful starting point.
- Do you need CAD files?
- Helpful but not required. Dimensions and photos are enough to begin an engineering review.
